Basic information

Personal Account balance is valid for the entire project. For replenishing the balance of your Account you receive Master Coin , which can be spent on any of our servers. 10 Master Coins = 1$ (Dollar). Master Coin is pegged to the Dollar and can change against other currencies, depending on the exchange rate of other currencies to the Dollar.

To replenish the balance of the Personal Account:

• Enter the Personal Account
• Select Balance from the left side of the menu
• Specify the amount of Master Coin you want to receive
• Choose a payment system. Note the hints
• Click the Pay button. You will be redirected to the selected payment system.
• After payment, Master Coin will be transferred to your balance within a few minutes to 24 hours. The waiting time depends on the speed of your bank
• If the Master Coin hasn't been issued within 24 hours - contact Support Service, they will help you
• The amount of coins on the Balance is displayed in the top right corner of the Personal Account. After replenishing, click the Refresh button, which will appear when hovering on the Balance block

Master Coin in game

Master Coin - game currency that is used for shopping in the Donate Shop at NPC Butler. In addition, coins can be chosen as the currency for making transactions through personal shops and manufactures as well as adena.

Coins are transferred between players and can be put up for purchase or sale in the personal shop. This allows you to take advantage of the Donate Shop without investing real money.

For transfering Master Coin from Personal Account balance to the game:

• Enter the Personal Account
• Open the Master Coin transfer window in one of 2 ways
• Method 1. Point to the Balance block and click "Convert to Game"
• Method 2. Click the "Buy MC" button near the nickname of the character on which you want to get coins
• Choose the game account and the character you want to get coins for
• Click "Convert to Game". Done! Coins will be added to the character’s inventory

Market Balance

Pay attention!
The Market balance and Personal Account balance are different accounts. You won't be able to pay for purchases on the Market from the balance of your Personal Account. For transactions on the Market it is necessary to replenish the account of the Market.

Cumulative discount

E-Global Project Loyalty System includes cumulative discounts for purchases in the Personal Account Store. The discount depends on the size of Total Balance - the amount of all replenishment of the Personal Account. Use one Master Account to play on our project servers, and in time your purchase will become more profitable.

• Total Balance more than 100 Master Coin — discount 1%
• Total Balance more than 300 Master Coin — discount 2%
• Total Balance more than 500 Master Coin — discount 3%
• Total Balance more than 1 000 Master Coin — discount 4%
• Total Balance more than 3 000 Master Coin — discount 5%
• Total Balance more than 5 000 Master Coin — discount 7%
• Total Balance more than 10 000 Master Coin — discount 10%

Bonus-code

Active E-global players often encounter bonus codes in the game and forum. As a rule, this is a reward for participating in promotions and events, an incentive bonus for those unscheduled works or a prize for discovering the easter eggs. How do you turn a bonus code into a reward? Very simple!

• Go to the project site E-Global
• Enter Personal Account
• At the top left of the screen select the server you want. The bonus code can work for all servers or only for individual. Be careful!
• At the top of the screen click on the word "Bonus-code"
• Enter or paste the copied bonus code into a special field
• Press the button "Activate"
• Reward - account balance. Credited to the personal account immediately after activation of the bonus code. Click "Refresh" in the balance menu to see the actual balance
• Reward - game items. The character selection menu opens. Specify the player account and the character you want to get the reward on
• Press the button "Activate"
• Done! Bonus code reward sent to your character
